He/she Involves developing, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead to profit generation. Key responsibilities include creating and managing content, optimizing search engine visibility (SEO/SEM), running social media and email campaigns, analyzing data to measure performance, and collaborating with other teams (Mainly refer to Marketing & Sales) to achieve marketing goals.

a) Campaign management and strategy

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels like email, social media, and search engines.

Email- Reply and engage potential customer enquires

Social media- Mainly focus on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Whatapps & XiaoHongShu. Might have additional platform in future base on the market needs.

Search Engine- Google and other popular search engine such as Safari or MSN.

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Work with management to modify marketing plans based on insights.

b) Content creation and management

  • Create, update, and post engaging content for websites and social media platforms.
  • Develop written and graphic content suitable for digital channels.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all online platforms.

c) Search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Perform keyword research and web statistics reporting.
  • Manage and execute paid advertising campaigns, such as pay-per-click (PPC).

d) Social media marketing

  • Create, schedule, and post creative content on social media platforms to draw awareness, remind audience and convert into sales.
  • Implement best practices for social media marketing.
  • Monitor and handle social interactions and campaigns.

e) Email marketing

  • Write and dispatch email marketing campaigns to potential and existing customers.
  • Design and distribute emails and newsletters to engage customers.
  • Reply customer's email enquiries.

f) Data analysis and reporting

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) like website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Evaluate the performance of campaigns and provide reports to management or clients.
  • Use data insights to optimize spend and performance.

g) Collaboration and communication

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as design and sales, to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate with external partners, including affiliate networks and vendors.
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for the adoption of new digital tools and strategies.
