Job Responsibility

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and XHS campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Manage and update the company website (WordPress) to ensuring engaging content, smooth UX, and SEO optimization.
  • Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to brainstorm and launch marketing campaigns that support lead generation and sales goals.
  • Create and manage marketing content, including social media posts, visuals, short-form videos (Reels, XHS, YouTube Shorts), and website copy aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Research market trends and emerging digital strategies, keeping the companyâs marketing approach competitive within the IT/software sector.
  • Track campaign performance (CTR, ROAS, CPC, conversion rates) and prepare regular reports for improvement.
  • Analyze web traffic and ad performance to identify growth opportunities and data-driven decisions.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and creative storytelling across all digital touchpoints.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or IT-related field.
  • Proficient in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, XHS (Xiaohongshu), and Google Business.
  • Strong analytical mindset . Capable of reading campaign data and optimizing for ROI.
  • Ability to brainstorm creative marketing and campaign ideas with sales and management teams.
  • Up to date with latest marketing tools, automation systems, and digital trends, especially within the IT/software industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
