Geon Asia Systems Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a digitally driven, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to strengthen and expand our brand presence across online and offline platforms. This role is integral to executing integrated marketing strategies, managing digital content, coordinating with creative vendors, and ensuring consistent compliance with corporate branding standards.

The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and experienced in digital marketing operations, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a performance-driven focus.

Responsibilities

  1. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), email marketing, and the company website.
    1. Manage and update company website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to SEO best practices.
  3. Maintain corporate branding across all digital and printed materials, ensuring consistency and brand integrity.
  4. Create and curate content for social media, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, sales kits, and marketing collateral.
  5. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other analytics tools; provide data-backed recommendations for optimization.
  6. Coordinate with outsourced graphic designers, videographers, and creative vendors to develop marketing visuals, including: Social media artwork, product brochures, corporate presentation decks, event/project highlight videos, promotional banners, printed materials, and business profiles.
  7. Plan and coordinate company events, including product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and internal company functions.
  8. Work closely with the Sales Team to align messaging and develop targeted content for lead generation and customer engagement.
  9. Ensure all designs, copy, and content strictly follow corporate branding guidelines.
  10. Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and creative delivery summaries for the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or content development.
  3. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM, and email marketing platforms.
