Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Front Desk

  • Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service.
  • Assist customers with remittance transactions, currency exchange and general enquiries.
  • Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with company procedures.

2. Transaction Handling

  • Perform cash handling, counting, balancing and end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Process incoming and outgoing remittance transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Manage foreign currency buy/sell transactions according to approved rates.

3. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all transactions comply with Bank Negara Malaysia regulations.
  • Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and ensure proper documentation.
  • Report any suspicious or unusual transactions in line with AML/CFT policies.

4. Branch Operations

  • Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the front counter.
  • Perform daily cash balancing with supervisor/branch manager.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and support branch operations when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Roles open at Klang Valley, Kuala Lumpur and Johor.

  • Minimum SPM qualification.

  • Mandatory to work during weekends, (Saturday & Sunday) and Public Holidays.

  • Position open for Permanent and One (1) year Contract.

  • Willing to learn and adapt to new environment and challenges.

  • Those without experience can apply as on the job training will be provided. Candidates with industry experience will have an added advantage.
