Key Responsibilities (Updated):

Group-Wide Strategy & Regional Expansion

  • Support CEOs and senior leadership in crafting strategic roadmaps, OKRs, and business cases across all group entities and countries (Malaysia, SG, ID, PH, VN, IN).
  • Coordinate market entry plans, rollout strategy for robotics/retail/warehouse offerings, and regional business planning.

OneHub Strategy Office & Operating Model

  • Support the design, performance management, and operating rhythm of OneHub itself.
  • Develop KPI dashboards and OKR reviews for OneHub's own service functions (HR, Strategy, Marketing, etc.).
  • Benchmark OneHub's internal performance and effectiveness as a "strategic control tower" for the group.

Investor Relations & Capital Planning

  • Assist CEO in building investor decks, capital usage plans, and strategic narratives for future fundraising.
  • Model ROI and scenario plans across verticals: retail robotics, warehouse automation, modular fixtures, etc.

Internal Strategic Projects

  • Lead or support cross-functional strategic initiatives within OneHub, e.g., shared services optimization, AI adoption, new country entry planning.
  • Help define OneHub's own scaling strategy and future service lines to support the group's growth.

Market Intelligence & Special Studies

  • Run competitive analysis, vertical opportunity mapping, and ecosystem partner studies.
  • Package findings into actionable proposals and presentations for C-suite decision-making

Requirement:

Education & Professional Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.

Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate planning, or investment analysis.
  • Exposure to regional business environments (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, India).
  • Proven experience in business planning, market analysis, and strategic project management.
  • Prior involvement in investor relations, fundraising, or capital planning is an added advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to model ROI, financial projections, and scenario plans.
  • Excellent research and market intelligence capabilities (competitive analysis, opportunity mapping, ecosystem studies).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (e.g., building investor decks, C-suite reports).
  • Proficiency in data-driven tools: Excel, PowerPoint, KPI dashboards, BI tools.
  • Knowledge of OKR frameworks, performance management, and strategic operating models.

  • Willing to travel regionally.
  • Fluent in English; additional SEA languages an advantage.
