Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and well-organised Receptionist to join our dental clinic team in Johor Bahru.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with patients, managing front desk duties, and working in a professional healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients at the front desk in a polite and professional manner
- Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient enquiries
- Manage patient registration and basic administrative paperwork
- Handle payments, receipts, and basic cash handling
- Coordinate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure smooth clinic operations
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, simple data entry, Google Sheets / clinic system)
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and patient-oriented
- Responsible, punctual, and able to multitask
- Prior clinic or customer service experience is an advantage, but training will be provided
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
