Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and grow revenue across all F&B outlets/platforms. This role oversees brand management, digital marketing, campaign planning, and market analysis to ensure consistent and impactful brand presence aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the F&B, retail, hospitality, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media trends.
- Experience leading a marketing team or managing vendors/agencies.
- Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, multiple-outlet, and campaign-driven environment.
Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Plan and manage marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.
2. Brand Management
- Strengthen and maintain brand image, consistency, and storytelling across all channels and outlets.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all marketing materials, menus, in-store visuals, and promotional collaterals.
3. Campaign & Promotion Management
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, events, and partnerships.
- Work closely with Operations and Product/ R&D teams to support new menu items or store openings.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for impact.
4. Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Lead social media strategy, content direction, and influencer collaborations.
- Oversee performance marketing initiatives including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and Food Delivery Platform ads (e.g., Grab, Foodpanda, ShopeeFood).
- Ensure consistent and engaging content across platforms (TikTok, IG, FB, YouTube, Website).
5. Customer Engagement & CRM
- Develop loyalty programs, customer feedback mechanisms, and retention strategies.
- Analyze customer data to improve engagement and promotional effectiveness.
6. Agency, Vendor & Partnership Management
- Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, KOL/influencers, printers, and event organizers.
- Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
7. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Track and report marketing KPIs including campaign performance, traffic growth, brand awareness, and sales impact.
- Present monthly/quarterly marketing reports and improvement plans to management.
Preferred (Added Advantage)
- Experience in product launch and menu R&D collaboration.
- Knowledge in basic graphic editing (Canva/Adobe) and content creation strategy.
- Proven track record in growing brand visibility & customer engagement.
