This role is for a doctor who is sales-driven, business-minded, and growth-oriented — someone who actively thinks about how to improve patient experience, increase clinic revenue, and grow the clinic together with the team.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

  • Provide safe, ethical, and evidence-based medical care
  • Conduct consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with medical and clinic SOPs

Sales & Growth Responsibilities

  • Actively promote clinic services, health packages, and preventive care plans
  • Educate patients on value-based treatments and long-term health solutions
  • Identify opportunities to increase consultation value ethically
  • Contribute ideas to improve patient retention and repeat visits
  • Work closely with management to improve clinic performance and revenue
  • Participate in outreach & clinic marketing initiatives (health talks, campaigns, content, etc.)

Who We're Looking For

  • Fully registered Medical Officer with MMC, completed 2 year compulsory KKM service
  • Possesses a growth mindset — not just "makan gaji"
  • Sales-driven with strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable recommending treatments based on patient needs & value
  • Proactive, responsible, and takes ownership of clinic performance
  • Willing to learn basic business, marketing, and sales strategies
  • Team player with leadership potential
