Job Role: Resident Doctor / PIC (Person-in-Charge)

As the
Resident Doctor and PIC
, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive
    primary care services
  • Manage
    general consultations
    , preventive care, and chronic illnesses
  • Perform
    minor surgical procedures
    and support diagnostic services
  • Lead the clinical team to ensure operational efficiency and quality of care
  • Be the key liaison for patient safety, clinical documentation, and compliance
  • Guide, support, and mentor clinic staff
  • Uphold Medipulih's mission of
    accessible, reliable, and ethical healthcare

What We Offer

  • RM8,000 – RM10,000/month

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Medical Degree and
    valid Malaysian APC & MMC license
  • Experience in:
  • General consultations & outpatient care
  • Preventive health screenings
  • Chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension)
  • Minor surgical and diagnostic procedures
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and lead the clinic as
    PIC (Person-in-Charge)
  • Willing to work
    shift-based hours
  • Committed to ongoing learning and
    professional development
  • Prior experience in community health or clinic leadership is an advantage
