About Us

We are Japanese-Style General Practice Clinic providing comprehensive medical care for Japanese residing Kuala Lumpur. We provide a Japanese medical translator to help our patients to ensure effective communication and understanding between patients and healthcare providers. Our priority is helping patients achieve optimal health outcomes and in addition to our clinical expertise, our healthcare providers embrace the cultural concept of "Omotenashi," which highlights our dedication to making patients feel welcome, comfortable, and at ease from the moment they schedule their appointment until the completion of their treatment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

・Answer the telephone in a courteous and professional manner.

・Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally and electronically/ e-mails. Check emailsregularly.

・Assist on patient registration and appointment.

・Prepare claims form for patient with insurance policy coverage.

・Assist patient on vaccination bookings.

・Receive lab reports, share with doctor, call patient and conduct filing accordingly.

・Replenish and prepare forms for clinic/patient usage.

・Prepare bill and/ or invoices for patients, receive/collect payments.

・Prepare daily closing report and perform banking duties as necessary.

・Fax, scan and file documents. Type documents as required with high level of accuracy.

・Place orders for stationery and supplies for clinic's usage. Check stock regularly.

・Liaise with vendors, suppliers and hospitals as required.

・Prepare medicine as prescribed by doctor.

・Assist nurse and doctor when necessary.

・Able to operate all the basic medical instruments used in the clinic. Check and maintain equipment to ensure they are working properly.

・Perform duties in a team.

・Perform other duties and errands as assigned by Manager.

Requirements

・At least 1 years working experience in customer service industry or medical clinic setting.

・Fluent (spoken and written) in English.

・Excellent customer service skills.

・Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate positively, effectively and professionally withpatients, doctors and colleagues.

・Competent in computer system and mobile apps.

・Basic knowledge in healthcare practices.

・Nursing qualification/license is not compulsory, but is added advantage

・Must be willing to work in shifts, with each shift lasting 8 hours and scheduled between 7 AM and 11 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break. Flexibility in off days is required, with 8 days off per month.

・Must also be able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
