We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinic Assistant, Certified Nurse or Beautician to join our team. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth daily operations by supporting the medical staff and providing exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

  • Assist the doctor during treatments and procedures, ensuring patient comfort at all times.
  • Monitor patients during treatments and attend to their needs.

Inventory Management:

  • Conduct daily stock counts of medications and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory usage.
  • Ensure the clinic is well-stocked with necessary supplies, including medications and medical tools.

Documentation:

  • Ensure all patient records, treatment plans, and consent forms are completed accurately and stored securely.

Clinic Maintenance:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the treatment rooms before and after each patient.
  • Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the clinic, including the pharmacy and reception areas.

Compliance:

  • Follow strict hand hygiene and infection control protocols.
  • Dispose of medical waste and regular waste appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • SPM Graduate or Nurse License
  • Previous Clinic Experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
