Clinic Assistance

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist doctor during patient consultation and treatment
- Perform basic clinical tasks (e.g. measuring blood pressure, temperature, weight, height)
- Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling
- Manage and maintain medical records, patient files and clinic documents
- Assist in dispensing medication under supervision of the doctor
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of clinic, consultation rooms, and treatment areas
- Manage inventory and stock of medical supplies and medications
- Assist in preparing and maintaining dispensary area
- Handle patient enquiries politely and professionally
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum education: SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia)
- Experience in medical dispensary or clinical setting is an added advantage
- Able to perform simple wound dressing is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a team and under minimal supervision
- Willing to work in shift
- Basic computer skills (data & stock entry)
- Honest, responsible, and willing to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
