Job Description:

a) Perform regular updates and maintenance of website content based on client requests and internal guidelines.

b) Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time, following project schedules.

c) Follow instructions provided by team leaders and supervisors, and seek clarification when needed.

d) Ensure content updates are error-free by reviewing work carefully before submission.

e) Follow the operation manual and provide suggestions for improvement when necessary.

f) Maintain high quality and accuracy in all tasks to support team goals and performance standards (SLA/KPI).

g) Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and report any issues or delays promptly.

h) Support the team in handling urgent tasks or escalated issues as instructed by supervisors.

i) Record and track task progress and outcomes as required by the team.

j) Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or team leader.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
