Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Communications Manager based in Georgetown. The Communications Manager will oversee the planning and execution of communication strategies, manage media relations, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Responsibilities include creating and editing internal and external communications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, organizing company events, and developing content to enhance brand visibility and reputation. The role also involves monitoring communication metrics and implementing feedback for continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Public Relations, Media Relations, and Corporate Communications
• Strong skills in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Editing
• Experience in Crisis Communication Management and Strategic Planning
• Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Campaign Development, and Digital Marketing
• Excellent Organizational Skills, Time Management, and Attention to Detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• Familiarity with communication tools and analytics; prior experience in related industries is a plus

About the Role

We are looking for a Communication Manager who is passionate about storytelling, brand image, and public relations.

You will play a key role in shaping the company's voice, both internally among employees and externally to the public and media.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate communication strategies to enhance brand reputation.
• Manage media relations, press releases, and company announcements.
• Oversee internal communications, newsletters, and employee engagement campaigns.
• Maintain consistent messaging across all channels: digital, print, and social media.
• Plan and manage CSR activities, public events, and press conferences.
• Monitor and respond to media coverage and public sentiment.
• Work closely with senior management and marketing teams to align communication goals with business strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations.
• Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle media relations and crisis communication effectively.
• Experience in managing social media and digital content.
