Job Description

  • Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle all documentation related to warranty claims, payables, and parts.
  • Review and verify warranty paperwork to ensure compliance with policies and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized records for customers and service operations.
  • Stay updated with company announcements, policy changes, and factory recalls.
  • Liaise with manufacturers on claim approvals and related matters.
  • Support negotiations and help ensure smooth communication between customers and the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in warranty administration or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong numerical skills and good business judgment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicles and automotive parts (training will be provided).
  • Working hours:
  • Monday - Friday 08:00AM - 05:30PM

Saturday 08:00AM - 12:00PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
