We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support our human resources operations. In this role, you will handle day-to-day HR tasks, maintain employee records, facilitate onboarding, and assist with HR programs and processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records

  • Support recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment letters, contracts, and reports

  • Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities

  • Handle employee inquiries and provide timely support

  • Assist the HR team with administrative tasks and special projects

Qualifications

  • Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

  • Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office

  • Proficient in Mandarin, Malay, and English

  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR processes is a plus
