Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Recovery Officer at Dhir & Partners Sdn Bhd located in Muar,Johor. The Credit Recovery Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with recovering overdue payments, contacting debtors for payment arrangements, handling debtors enquiries and provides administrative assistance to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the collection of debts
  • Prior to legal recovery proceedings
  • Negotiating and make arrangements payment
  • Handling debtor enquiries
  • Provides administrative assistance to the team
  • To ensure customers satisfied with the services provided

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Experience in debt collection or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication
  • Excellent in negotiating and persuading is a plus.
  • Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence
  • Average age years old
  • Can works as a team
  • Able to work at Muar, Johor.
  • Fresh graduate welcome to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1, RM2,700.00 per month
