Responsibilities

  • Manage daily financial operations including AP,AR,GL and reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate group financial accounts , financial statements and management reports.
  • Responsible for liaising with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audited financial reporting and annual tax filing.
  • Cash flow management and monitoring.
  • Liaise with external parties such as bankers, legal advisors, tax advisors, tax agents and authorities.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc task as assigned
  • Payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Income Tax by using UBS payroll system.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting or a similar role at least 5 years.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in a group accounting role is highly desirable.
  • Able to work independently and under minimum supervision.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and QNE particularly Excel, for data entry , analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
