About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join YAHOS SDN BHD' as a HR & Account Manager. You will play a key role in the HR and payroll functions for the company, as well as supporting the overall finance and accounting operations. This full-time position is based in Kuching, Sarawak.

What you'll be doing

  1. Managing the complete HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and training
  2. Processing payroll, managing employee benefits and leave entitlements
  3. Maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  4. Providing support to the finance and accounting teams with bookkeeping, invoicing and other financial tasks
  5. Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide efficient HR and administrative support
  6. Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures to support business growth

What we're looking for

  1. At least 5 years of experience in a generalist HR or HR business partner role, preferably within a professional services environment
  2. Proficient in HR administration, payroll processing and general accounting tasks
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise a varied workload
  5. A collaborative approach and the willingness to be a hands-on member of the team
  6. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or Accounting
