Job description

  • Work From Valley, Kuala Lumpur
  • Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6.30pm
  • Easy to access by public transport (LRT/KTM)

Job scope:

  • Daily Outreach: Conduct daily cold calls to potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) such as influencer, content creators or youtubers to introduce and invite them to participate in company-led programs and initiatives.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist new KOLs throughout the sign-up process, including enabling access to livestream features and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Re-engagement Efforts: Proactively reach out to inactive KOLs to re-establish relationships and present the value of current programs and opportunities.
  • Reactivation Assistance: Support returning KOLs in completing registration forms, securing their livestream schedules, and ensuring all necessary details (such as stream links) are finalized.

Requirements :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing would be an advantage.
  • Good command of English. (Mandarin is plus)
  • Independent and possess good problem-solving skills.
  • Has prior experience in liaising with external stakeholders and enjoys front-facing.
  • Preferably candidates with diploma /degree qualifications.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed.

Salary:

  • Base salary: RM2800/Month (EPF, SOCSO)
  • KPI Incentive : RM 300
  • Mobile Phone Allowance : RM 50
