Peranan Jawatan

Peranan ini melibatkan merancang, menyelaras dan memantau operasi bengkel agar penyelenggaraan serta pembaikan kenderaan dilakukan dengan efisien, dan penggunaan tenaga kerja, peralatan dan alat ganti dimanfaatkan sebaiknya. Peranan ini turut menjadi penghubung antara pemandu, operasi fleet, bengkel dan jabatan berkaitan bagi memastikan aliran kerja lancar serta mengurangkan masa henti (downtime).

Tanggungjawab Kerja

  • Merancang, menyelaras dan memantau jadual semua kerja pembaikan dan penyelenggaraan kenderaan bagi memastikan kerja siap mengikut masa dan mengurangkan downtime.
  • Memantau dengan teliti perkembangan kerja di pusat pembaikan luar, mengesahkan status pembaikan dan memastikan kerja disiapkan mengikut piawaian serta tempoh yang ditetapkan.
  • Menyelenggara, mengemas kini dan menguruskan semua dokumentasi bengkel termasuk job order, laporan servis, log penyelenggaraan dan rekod berkaitan bagi tujuan rujukan serta audit.
  • Membantu Pengurus Bengkel dalam tugasan pentadbiran, penyelarasan aliran kerja dan sokongan operasi mengikut keperluan.
  • Mengurus dan menyelesaikan isu yang timbul dalam operasi harian, termasuk mengendalikan kes kerosakan (breakdown), mengatur bantuan serta memastikan tindakan susulan dibuat sehingga selesai.

Keperluan Jawatan

  • Calon mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya SPM / STPM / Sijil atau Diploma dalam Kejuruteraan Automotif, Kejuruteraan Mekanikal, Logistik atau bidang berkaitan.
  • Calon yang mempunyai pengalaman dalam mengurus kenderaan berat (pengangkutan, logistik, lori) serta tugasan pentadbiran berkaitan akan diberi keutamaan.
  • Mempunyai kemahiran interpersonal yang baik, bersikap proaktif serta mempunyai kemahiran susulan kerja (follow-up) yang kuat.
  • Mahir komputer dan menggunakan Aplikasi Microsoft Office.
  • Permohonan daripada lepasan graduan amat digalakkan.
