Which role we are hiring?
The Internal Control Department Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's internal control framework. The role focusses on HRIS Implementation & Project Management which responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation, optimization, and governance of the company's Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and related platforms. This role ensures seamless system deployment, process integration, data integrity, and alignment with business needs. The manager acts as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on HR technology, process automation, and digital transformation while driving adoption and continuous improvement across the organization. In addition to this, the scope of In-Con role is the company wide business processes from E2E that cover HR, F&A, IT and GA.
What will be your key responsibilities?
HRIS Implementation & Optimization
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HRIS and related systems (e.g., CoreHR, Recruitment, Travel, Payroll, Performance, Talent Management) ensuring successful deployment within scope and timeline.
- Liaise with the external vendor for HRIS and control it to proceed with the HRIS implementation project successfully. Sometimes strong leadership is needed to manage them to fulfill our requirements.
- Partner with Regional HR and business leaders to gather requirements, design workflows, and configure system functionalities to meet operational needs.
- Oversee data migration, testing, user acceptance, and go-live activities to ensure accuracy and smooth transition.
- Monitor and evaluate post-implementation performance, driving system enhancements and process improvements.
Project & Change Management
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies for HR technology projects.
- Implement structured change management practices to ensure user adoption and minimize disruption.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, providing clear communication and ensuring accountability.
- Establish governance frameworks to manage ongoing system enhancements and compliance requirements.
- Lead all employees working for our companies in the group to comply with the standardized processes once it's put in place.
Process Improvement & Risk Management
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks within HR processes and recommend technology-enabled solutions.
- Ensure HRIS configuration supports compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and data security standards.
- Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, and improve data-driven decision-making.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Training
- Act as the primary liaison for HRIS-related projects, managing expectations and ensuring alignment across regions and departments.
- Deliver training, documentation, and continuous support to HR teams and system users.
- Promote a culture of digital adoption, ensuring HR and business leaders maximize the value of the HRIS.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Establish metrics and dashboards to measure HRIS effectiveness, adoption rates, and business impact.
Provide regular status updates, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
Whom are we looking for?
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) are highly desirable.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in HRIS implementation, HR technology management, or enterprise system deployment.
- Proven track record in leading HRIS/ERP projects in a multinational or matrix organization.
- Strong project management background with experience in managing large-scale system rollouts.
Skills:
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, ZingHR, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of HR processes (payroll, benefits, recruitment, performance management, time & attendance).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with strong data management and reporting capabilities. Leading skill highly required to control multiple stakeholders from both internal and external.
