We are seeking a highly creative and dynamic content creator to join our team at The International School @ ParkCity. Reporting to our Admissions and Marketing Manager, this role requires someone who is friendly, approachable, and able to create a positive first impression of ISP, while delivering high-quality visual printed and digital content that reflects the school's brand and values.

APPLICANTS FOR THE POSITION SHOULD:

  • Technical

  • Highly skilled and experienced in graphic design and layout tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

  • Strong sense of creativity with a keen eye for design and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in applying brand guidelines.
  • Experience in photography and/or videography.

  • Work Culture

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.

  • A team player with the ability to work independently.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES

  • Graphic design and layout for a variety of school materials including collateral, backdrops, billboards, and both print and digital publications.
  • Design and management of branded items such as flags, banners, bunting, and other visual assets.
  • Conceptualizing and designing school merchandise.
  • Supporting photography and visual content creation for marketing and communications use.
  • Updating and maintaining the school website and other digital platforms with relevant, engaging content.
  • Assisting with the production and management of the school's digital newsletter.
  • Supporting the coordination and promotion of school events  and initiatives (e.g., Open Days, Parent Coffee Mornings, community events, Yearbook).
  • Managing and growing the school's social media presence across platforms.
  • Assisting with public relations initiatives including drafting and coordinating articles, award submissions, and related documentation.

BENEFICIAL KEY SKILLS

Experience in website management, including content updates, UX/UI design, page design, and optimizing the customer journey.

OTHER INFORMATION

This role may occasionally require working outside of regular school hours to support events. In such instances, time off in lieu will be provided.
