Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer (Content Creation & Social Media) is responsible for creating and executing impactful visual concepts, designs, and content that strengthen the company's brand presence in the property development industry. This role blends design expertise with creative content production to support marketing campaigns, sales launches, corporate branding, and social media engagement, ensuring alignment with brand identity and project objectives.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Develop creative concepts and visual content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn), websites, advertisements, and property marketing campaigns.
• Assist in the company's rebranding initiatives, including redesigning the corporate logo, updating visual identity elements, and ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
• Produce high-quality graphic designs, digital imaging, and original artwork to support property launches, project branding, sales galleries, promotional collaterals, and corporate communication.
• Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos of properties, show units, events, and lifestyle content tailored for multiple platforms and audiences.
• Write engaging captions, scripts, and copy aligned with brand voice to enhance property marketing and corporate branding.
• Create and adapt designs for various formats, including brochures, banners, billboards, EDMs, infographics, and multimedia visuals.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to brainstorm creative ideas based on campaign needs, market trends, and project positioning.
• Ensure all creative output complies with corporate identity guidelines, maintains professional quality standards, and supports marketing objectives.
• Deliver design work within project timelines, ensuring alignment with SOPs and approval processes.
• Stay updated with real estate marketing trends, social media best practices, and evolving creative tools.
• Manage and organise creative assets and design files for efficient retrieval, reuse, and archiving.
• Support content scheduling and publishing across digital platforms to ensure timely promotion of campaigns and events.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and execute creative content strategies.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Creative Content Creator
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Canva.
• Strong understanding of branding and rebranding processes, including logo design, visual identity development, and brand guideline creation.
• Familiarity with photography, videography, and editing — with experience in property, lifestyle, or event content creation being an advantage.
• Knowledge of AI-powered design tools and digital illustration software is a plus.
• Ability to create designs adaptable across multiple platforms (print, digital, outdoor, social media).
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills.
• Strong copywriting skills for marketing content, social media captions, and campaign messaging.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise deadlines, and work under pressure during property launches and corporate events.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with marketing, sales, and management teams.
• Up-to-date with property marketing trends, social media formats, and creative innovations.
