Client Success Specialist – Build Partnerships & Drive Digital Growth
We are a 25+ year Digital Marketing Business Partner in Malaysia, proudly partnered with Google, Meta, and TikTok. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate Client Success Specialist to nurture client relationships and deliver impactful digital marketing results. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, strategic thinking, and creating meaningful client success stories.

Your Core Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships through calls, emails, and meetings, becoming the trusted advisor clients rely on for their digital growth.
- Project Coordination – Oversee website, landing page, and banner design projects to ensure smooth execution, quality delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Campaign Support – Collaborate closely on SEO and Performance Marketing (Google Ads & Facebook Ads) campaigns, bridging the gap between strategy and results.
- Performance Reporting – Maintain consistent communication, share campaign updates, and present performance insights that drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with internal teams to understand client goals, manage budgets, propose effective solutions, and ensure all deliverables meet expectations and timelines.
What You Bring:
- Education & Experience – Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Administration, or Diploma with 3+ years of client servicing experience showcasing your dedication to excellence.
- Industry Knowledge – Background in digital marketing or a related field, with a solid understanding of how online campaigns drive real business growth.
- Detail & Delivery Focus – Proven ability to manage multiple projects with precision, meet tight deadlines, and ensure every client experience exceeds expectations.
- Communication Skills – Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively engage and manage clients across diverse markets.
- Problem-Solving & Relationship Building – A natural negotiator who resolves challenges proactively and turns them into opportunities to strengthen client partnerships.
