About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring project deliverables meet expectations, and providing outstanding service that drives client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong and positive relationships.
  • Understand clients' needs, objectives, and challenges to provide effective solutions and support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services or projects.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports to support client communications and project tracking.
  • Monitor ongoing projects, manage timelines, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support account managers in growing client accounts through renewals, upselling, and new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and communications.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5, RM10,000.00 per month
