Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Client Servicing located in Petaling Jaya. The Senior Executive Client Servicing will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering high-quality customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include client communication, addressing client queries, and overseeing the execution of client projects. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless project delivery and maintaining client accounts.

Qualifications

  • Client Services and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through proactive problem solving and attentive service
  • Basic understanding of Finance to manage client budgets and invoicing
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
