Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Client Relationship Senior Executive
to join our team. This role requires a strong background in 
premium client servicing within the banking/financial industry
, with the ability to converse fluently in 
Mandarin and English
 to support our growing base of Chinese clients.

Job Responsible:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients across all products.

  • ⁠Manage onboarding and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery.

  • ⁠Anticipate and address client needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly.

  • ⁠Proactively cross-sell relevant products and services based on client profiles.

  • ⁠Maintain client records, communication logs, and service reports.

  • ⁠Develop strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty, including appreciation initiatives and relationship-building activities.

  • ⁠Gather and analyze client feedback to identify service gaps, and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve products and service delivery.

  • ⁠Ensure all client interactions adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and upholding compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in 
    client relationship / premium service management
     within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Fluency in Mandarin
     (spoken and written) is essential to effectively serve Chinese clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
