What You Will Do

Champion the User Journey

  • Develop a deep understanding of how different use roles and profiles, use our platform, and translate complex multi-country employment and payroll requirements into guided, intuitive workflows.

Design and Prototype Using AI

  • Use AI-assisted design and prototyping tools to create UI concepts, screen flows, and product prototypes that visually express requirements before development begins.

Define Product Requirements With Precision

  • Write user stories, business logic, UI behaviours, states, and acceptance criteria that reduce ambiguity for engineers and ensure features are development-ready before entering a sprint.

Enhance User Happiness and Engagement

  • Create experiences that users love — simplifying processes, reducing support dependency, and increasing confidence in using AYP Global Pay without extensive training or instructions.

Collaborate Across Functions

  • Work closely with the Product team, engineering team, process analyst, and operation teams to ensure product flows are legally compliant, operationally feasible, and enjoyable to use.

Strengthen Product Trust and Stickiness

  • Ensure every product interaction reflects our brand promise delivering peace of mind, through price transparency, compliance, and advisory-driven confidence, resulting in higher product adoption and repeat usage.

Support Product Continuity

  • Possess sufficient general product management capability to step in when required — such as contributing to backlog refinement, participating in UAT, or providing product context.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years experience in Product Management or UX-centric roles within SaaS, workflow-based, or platform products.
  • Proven ability to translate complex processes into user-centric product flows and UI logic
  • Experience producing functional requirements, interaction logic, and user journeys.
  • Proficiency with Figma or AI-enhanced design tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and cross-functional teams.
