About the role

As a Hotel Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and marketing efforts for our hotel properties in Melaka. This full-time, on-site role will see you working closely with our hotel management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach to potential corporate, travel agency and leisure customers
  • Manage existing customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our hotel offerings and drive bookings
  • Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with the hotel operations team to ensure seamless delivery of guest experiences
  • Participate in industry events and networking activities to raise the profile of our hotels
  • Provide sales and performance reporting to hotel management

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms to promote hotel offerings
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities
  • Enthusiastic and results-oriented with a customer-centric approach
