At Needle, creative
is
the growth engine. We use human direction + AI systems to produce ads, emails, motion graphics and social media content that converts.

If you know how to design creatives that stops the scroll, hold attention, and move people to action - this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

You'll make sure what we ship looks good and converts - whether it's a carousel ad, an email, social media post, or an AI-generated photoshoot.

  • Design emails, ads, landing pages, and social media content for ecommerce brands .
  • QA design output to make sure we're hitting a consistently high bar.
  • Use tools like Figma, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, and AI tools like Midjourney, Nano Banana, Higgsfield to concept, comp, and deliver.
  • Manage our creative pipeline - move tickets, unblock freelancers, clean up loose ends.
  • Evolve our internal template systems and visual standards.

You're a Fit If You:

  • Know what clean, modern designs for DTC brands looks like and have impeccable taste and standards in your work.
  • Are highly detailed and meticulous. You check your work multiple times before it goes out.
  • Understand how visuals and psychology works to drive conversions.
  • Have done work for DTC brands before.
  • Know your way around AI imagery prompt writing and image blending on tools like Midjourney, Nano Banana, and Higgsfield.
  • Are comfortable using tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe.
  • Can work autonomously: no hand-holding, no 5-hr meetings or 20-slide brief decks. Just clarity and context, then own the full production - from brief to final output.
  • Strong eye, fast pace, low ego.
