Business Support Coordinator

- -Handle all departmental correspondence, including letters, memos, and documentation filing.
- Process payments, invoices, and claims in coordination with Finance.
- Manage guest and VIP arrangements (transport, meals, accommodation, welfare, etc.) and support PR-related coordination.
- Assist with meeting schedules, event preparation, and departmental activities.
- Prepare meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up with relevant parties.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Support digital adoption initiatives (e.g., e-filing, shared drives, workflow tools).
- Maintain proper paper trail and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Prepare presentation slides and reports in PowerPoint or other formats as required.
- Act as liaison with internal and external stakeholders for departmental matters.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by the department head.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
