Reporting to the Manager, Talent Business Partner, EM, Malaysia & Singapore, you will assist business leadership team to implement our people agenda.

Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

Learning & Talent Management

  • Identify training and learning needs with the business and Talent Business Partners to build compelling employee upskilling programs and learning calendar.

  • Manage in full autonomy the HR Development Fund applications and claims to ensure compliance with HRDF regulations and processes.

  • Support the roll-out of enterprise talent and project work (support in talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, performance management process).

  • Partner with our business leaders to drive action planning following our Employee Engagement surveys, monitor progress and feedback post actions completion.

  • Drive our leaders in building a culture of learning and recognition at KimberlyClark through roll-out of specific activities (e.g. Recognition quarterly program).

Employee life-cycle management / HR Operations

  • Support and enable on-site and regional Talent Business Partners about Malaysia HR processes and policies implementations (employee relations, operational execution, legal regulation requirements etc). Provide compensation and benefits (C&B) advice to Team Leaders (build proposal of salary adjustments, promotional increases, and other salary-related interventions including but not limited to salary survey activities).

  • Provide support for manpower planning, including people cost management and budgeting for the commercial organization, while ensuring accurate forecasting for Finance reviews.

  • Support leaders in adopting our People solutions model (ticketing system in our K-C & Me portal).

HR Projects and Employee Well-Being:

  • Promote Kimberly-Clark Malaysia employer brand and presence to attract the best talents by participating in annual survey submissions for key awards. Advisor for internal engagement committees in creating & executing well-being plans in line with global framework, governance & local specificitiesregulations.

  • Support in delivering other ad hoc projects for Malaysia People Organization.

Essential requirements

  • Bachelor's in related major/discipline

  • 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in medium sized MNC organization with good working knowledge of Malaysia employment laws and regulations

  • Good knowledge and experience in HR Development Fund regulations and processes is an advantage Leadership Traits to be successful on the role:

  • Passion for collaboration, team play with a can-do attitude

  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills (ability to autonomously influence through building effective partnerships)

  • Natural bias for action, actively pursuing continuous improvement in HR processes

  • Creativity – knowledge of Canva is an advantage
