Job Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the company's business and personnel development status, participate in discussions on recruitment transformation, conduct recruitment research based on company's business needs, and optimize recruitment processes, channels, methods, and profiles.
  • Handle recruitment needs from various business departments, formulate recruitment plans, organize and execute recruitment activities, guide the recruitment team, and complete recruitment tasks.
  • Establish channels for university-enterprise cooperation, maintain collaborative relationships, manage and conduct campus recruitment efforts, and create a sustainable talent supply chain to support business goals.
  • Responsible for breakthroughs in recruitment for key positions, and achieve critical and urgent recruitment targets as needed by the business.
  • Thoroughly research the talent market within the industry, understand trends among top-tier talents, and provide insights for internal decision-making.
  • Responsible for compiling and analyzing recruitment data, preparing weekly/monthly recruitment reports, and being accountable for recruitment outcomes.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years or more of recruitment experience, and a track record of maintaining high-quality talent resources.
  • Passion for recruitment, familiarity with trends and developments in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, and personal research on emerging market brands.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at maintaining and discovering high-quality talent resources within the industry using various methods.
  • Mandarin Speaker are preferred due to the HQ is based in Shanghai.
