Job Roles :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across all IT departments. You will play a key role in attracting top talent in a competitive market and building a strong talent pipeline to support our continued growth in a rapidly expanding start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all IT positions, including:
  • Sourcing & Screening: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate screening, including phone screens, video interviews, and skills assessments.
  • Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Negotiate compensation packages, extend offers, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand business goals, define job requirements, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Recruitment Analytics: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure strategy effectiveness and prepare reports on hiring progress.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing recruitment processes, optimizing ATS usage, and implementing best practices across the team.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities not listed here may be required.

Key Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on IT roles.
  • Proven experience in IT recruitment, with a strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques and tools tailored to the IT industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and specialized positions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and talent engagement strategies in the IT domain.
  • Experience in head hunting firm or agencies will be an added advantage.
