About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is dedicated to identifying and hiring top talent. You'll play a key role in shaping the organization's workforce and strengthening our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing methods — including external partners, job boards, networking, and referrals — to attract qualified talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and manage relationships with recruitment agencies, vendors, and hiring partners.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility and attract top talent.
  • Foster a knowledge-sharing culture through effective communication and clear documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles, with at least 1.5 years in the same company.
  • Result-oriented with a strong growth mindset and the ability to bounce back quickly from challenges.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and talent identification skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
