About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process and People Operations, offering valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This role is based in Malaysia and reports directly to the Manager, Talent Acquisition

A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

  • Assist in the Talent Acquisition process, including:
  • Sourcing candidates through job postings, scouting, and direct outreach
  • Managing applications and candidate correspondences
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Supporting candidate management (screening, tracking, and offers)
  • Support cross-functional TA projects such as:
  • Talent sourcing and pipeline management
  • Content writing for employer branding and social media channels
  • Provide administrative and operational support for workplace operations.
  • Maintain and audit data accuracy in the HR platform during the recruiting lifecycle; generate reports as needed.
  • Assist the TA team with ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the manager.

About you

  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and People & Culture functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with HR platforms is a plus.
  • A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we're not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun
