A global healthcare organization with a strong presence in Asia is expanding its HR capabilities in Kuala Lumpur. As part of this growth, they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to support strategic hiring initiatives across specialized healthcare functions.

Description

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
  • Build pipelines for niche healthcare roles, including clinical research and biomedical talent
  • Engage with CROs (Contract Research Organizations), universities, and healthcare networks
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align hiring plans with business goals

Profile

  • Experience in talent acquisition within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or biotech industries
  • Strong understanding of healthcare talent landscape and CROs
  • Experience with sourcing tools and systems (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS, Workday, Phenom)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
