Core responsibilities*


• Responsible for understanding product, customer and market trends to carry out category strategy and product roadmap planning.


• Manage product lifecycle from ideation through commercialization.


• Develop product lines and suggest new ideas for market fit products.


• Responsible for the inventory management and Profit & Loss of the assigned categories.


• Collaborate closely with our China buying office and internal stakeholders on sourcing and procurement.


• Drives the overall achievement of individual product and category growth objectives including market

share, revenue, profit, and ROI.


• Responsible for overall sales strategy and planning of private labels, supported by category sales team.


• Collaborating with several internal teams including sales, supply chain, e-commerce, marketing and customer service team.


• Support internal teams with product related queries and monitor customer's feedbacks and reviews to suggest improvements.


• Manage and monitor promotions and derivation of recommendations for action to achieve respective sales targets.


• Maintain close understanding and awareness of market trends and the competitors.


• Ability to analyze a competitive market to execute and excel over competition.


• Manage inventory forecast and re-ordering to ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner.


• Maintain regular reports to management as requested.


• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HOD
