Cost ControlManage Monthly Cost Performancea. review Value of Work Done (VOWD) update with Client.b. review the data entry by Client.c. monitor the portfolio spend and understand the reasons for overspend/underspend.Manage Quarterly Latest Estimate (LE)a. general guideline of LE variance (against T&R value) within +/- 5%.b. monitor the LE required to do the project within the financial year.c. update the submission file and presentation slide.2. Documentationa. To document all the Work Instructions, Guidelines and Processes wherever Practical.3. Financea. Support Finance-Asset activities Asset under Construction, Asset Capitalization, Asset Taxation, Annual Audit & Finance Transactionalclarifications (general ledger.4. Reportsa.Custodian of Reports to be timely submitted and/or presented to Client5. Schedulea.Manage Project Schedule and Integrated Asset Plan (IAP)6. Stakeholders Managementa. Manage interfacing with relevant stakeholders, including Client Project Managers, BV Project Managers, Client CP.Requirements:1. Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering.2. Having for 5 years working experience in Civil, construction, project management, Maintenance or Operations. Open for candidates from real estate, oil & gas, construction industries as well.3. Candidates with experience in terminal operations as Project Engineers (PE) or Project Managers (PM) will be given higher priority.4. Able to communicate with internal & external stakeholders.5.
