Our client "Master Tec Wire & Cable Sdn Bhd" is seeking a Production Technician / Leader / Supervisor to join their team

What you'll be doing?

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure manufacturing processes adhere to the highest quality standards, implementing corrective actions when needed to maintain product integrity.
  • Production Optimization: Analyze and adjust production schedules, balancing material availability, staffing, and operational challenges to maximize efficiency.
  • Skill Development: Empower your team through comprehensive training on safety protocols, equipment usage, and standard operating procedures.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance and procurement teams to minimize downtime and maintain optimal inventory levels.

  • Proven Leadership: Bring 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, ideally within manufacturing industries such as drum, furniture, or related fields.
