  • Ensure steady flow of production activities, produce the right product, in the right quality, quantity and at the right time based on customer's requirements.
  • Ensure optimal machine and people utilization.
  • Oversee the Production Department's scheduling, production control, inventory control and output.
  • Motivate and train operators and technicians to develop a cohesive production team.
  • Initiate, recommend, investigate, trouble-shoot and provide solutions and actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformitie relating to the products, process and quality system.
  • Develops and implements new procedures and responds to changes.
  • Responsible for the Production operators' discipline and attendance.

Qualification

  • Preferably holders of Diploma or above in engineering

Experience

  • Preferably 3 years in manufacturing environment with 2 years in supervisory level.
An experience that matters: your skills
  • Result-orientated and team worker.
  • Good supervisory and interpersonal skill.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
