RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

· Process invoices, verify staff claims, and ensure timely payments to suppliers.

· Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.

· Manage and reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.

· Monitor cash flow and support budget management and forecasting activities.

· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control procedures.

· Liaise with external auditors for year-end audits.

· Maintain proper filing of all accounting and financial documents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

· years of experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.

· Proficiency in Accounting systems, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is essential.

· Experience with accounting software.

SKILLS:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
