Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Freight Forwarding Sales Manager located in Kuala Lumpur City.
Responsibilities as below:

  • Client Development & Maintenance: Develop and maintain clients, conduct visits and negotiations, address urgent and critical needs of key clients; maintain peer client relationships, provide after-sales service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Planning & Performance Improvement: Develop and execute sales plans, continuously improve sales performance, regularly review team work, report on business progress and key client collaborations.
  • Market Trends & Product Support: Monitor market dynamics, support sea/air freight product development, provide customized solutions based on client and product analysis.
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Manage client accounts receivable, ensure timely collection, and be responsible for team collection rates.
  • Cross-Department & Regional Collaboration: Proactively coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues; closely collaborate with international HQ and regions to achieve business and financial goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Full-time regular public undergraduate degree or equivalent overseas education;
  • preference for Logistics Management, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Familiar with logistics industry trends, company services, and product strengths;
  • Understand international logistics operations;
  • Knowledge of overseas air/sea freight markets, demands of Chinese/overseas local enterprises or cross-border e-commerce;
  • Strong client development skills, excellent sales techniques, negotiation, and operational abilities;
  • Able to provide customized solutions based on market dynamics and client needs.
  • Preferred Skills: Proficiency in office software (MS Office); English proficiency for working language.
