Senior Business Development Manager (Must be from Real Estate, Building Materials or Construction Industry )
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies to achieve company targets.
Generate and qualify new leads through both online and offline channels to maintain a strong prospect pipeline.
Understanding client requirements, scope of work, and budget to craft and present tailored solutions.
Collaborate closely with the design and project teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on all briefs and project deliverables.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and high performing service standards.
Coordinate with internal departments to track construction progress and provide timely updates to clients, ensuring project milestones and expectations are met.
Manage the tender process, including cost planning, proposal preparation, pitch presentations, and negotiation stages.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and internal legal guidelines.
Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, real estate agents, and business partners to drive repeat and referral business.
Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine business strategies.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within interior design, architecture, or fit out industries.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Strong understanding of commercial interior design trends, materials, and project workflows.
Established network of corporate clients, real estate developers, or facility managers is an advantage.
Proven ability to pitch design solutions, prepare proposals, and close deals effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client engagement and cross-team collaboration.
Demonstrated experience in prospecting and securing new business through cold calls, networking, and industry events.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage C-level decision-makers.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Collaborative and detail oriented, with the ability to work closely with design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
