Job Description:

  • Receive RFQ from customers for new projects and prepare a quotation with technical team support.

  • Interacting with customers, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.

  • Understanding of the technical aspects of the product and can translate them into common terms for customer and internal understanding.

  • Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.

  • Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards and specifications.

  • Follow up on new samples submission, approval and Customer's mass production release.

  • Sourcing sub-con or supplier for new project material needs.

  • Performing KPI review on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.

  • Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.

  • Experience specializing in project or program management.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is an advantage.

  • Willing to travel for business purposes.

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience with proven ability to independently manage the full RFQ-to-MP (mass production) cycle, including direct liaison with customers and suppliers, as well as end-to-end coordination with vendors or subcontractors
