Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience with proven ability to independently manage the full RFQ-to-MP (mass production) cycle, including direct liaison with customers and suppliers, as well as end-to-end coordination with vendors or subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive RFQs and prepare quotations with technical team support.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and represent them effectively.
  • Translate technical product information into clear terms for customers and internal teams.
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor engineering projects.
  • Ensure compliance with codes, standards, policies, and specifications.
  • Follow up on sample submissions, approvals, and mass production releases.
  • Source subcontractors or suppliers for project materials.
  • Track project KPIs, budgets, schedules, and report status to management.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to improve efficiency and maintain profitability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in project or program management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM60, RM96,000.00 per year
