Our client is looking for Technical & Customer Service Manager, to supports business growth.

This role is to offer technical expertise, spotting new opportunities, and enhancing customer relationships. They lead technical interactions with customers, promoting product adoption, guiding projects, delivering technical presentations, and resolving processing issues to drive sales.

A. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build Relationships: Connect with key customer contacts to understand their business, needs, and future plans.
  • Find Opportunities: Work with sales teams to identify and develop new business with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide Support: Be the main point of contact for technical questions, product information, and problem-solving for customers. Attend industry events and customer meetings to build relationships and promote our expertise.

B. Technical Leadership & Expertise

  • Technical Support: Offer broad technical expertise in oils & fats for various applications. Provide technical guidance on projects, lead & support product development.
  • Training & Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations on products, solutions, and Create training material.
  • Sales Tools: Develop product info materials (presentations, brochures) to support sales efforts for new and existing products.

C. Market Intelligence & Product Development

  • Track Trends & Feedback: Monitor the competition and market trends to identify new product opportunities. Gather customer insights to ensure our product development meets market needs
  • Share Information: Create reports to share customer and market insights with the broader Bunge team.
  • Develop New Products: Propose and develop innovative products in response to market demands, potentially with the Innovation team.

Requirements

  1. Minimum degree in Food Science or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience in edible oil product development or technical service  ( Food Ingredients, Confectionery/Bakery/Frying ), and involving B2B customer facing.
  3. In-depth knowledge of edible oil applications & technical support, for B2B export sales market.
  4. Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to innovate, commercialize products, and work independently or in a team.
  6. Customer-focused with business acumen and proficiency in relevant software; willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
