What You'll Be Doing 岗位职责

1. 发票管理 Invoicing

• 准确录入供应商发票至应付账款系统

Data entry/key in of invoices accurately into vendor ledger.

• 核对发票价格与采购订单(PO)是否一致,若存在差异,需及时与相关部门沟通并解决后再入账。

Ensure invoice pricing is tally with the PO; any discrepancies must be highlighted and liaise with respective departments to resolve before posting.

• 确保所有单据符合公司审批流程及财务政策后,方可进行付款处理。

To ensure all documents comply with the relevant approvals and company's policies and procedures before processing.

2. 付款处理 Payment

• 负责付款流程,确保付款数据的准确性和完整性。

Responsible for payment processing to ensure accuracy and completeness of all entries.

• 通过银行系统上传付款指令,并验证银行付款状态。

Upload payments to the bank portal and verify that payments are posted once released by the bank.

• 及时更新付款跟踪表,确保付款记录清晰可查。

3. 对账与报告 Reconciliation and Reporting

• 每月完成应付账款对账,跟进并解决未结清项目

Ensure AP reconciliations are prepared and reconciling items followed up and settled.

• 月结后编制应付账款报告,并跟进长期未清款项。

Ensure AP Reports are prepared after month end closing and to follow up on outstanding items.

4. 合规与审计支持 Compliance & Audit Support

• 确保所有付款交易符合当地税务法规、财务标准及公司内控要求。

Ensure all payment transactions comply with local tax regulations, financial standards, and internal controls.

• 配合内外部审计,提供所需财务数据及文件支持。

Support internal and external audits by providing required financial data and documentation.

• 维护完整且规范的应付账款档案,确保审计及管理层查阅需求。

Maintain accurate and organized AP records for audit and management purposes.

• 完成上级交办的特殊项目及其他临时性工作。

Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc function, and related duties and when necessary.

任职要求Requirements:

1.     教育Education:

• 财务、会计、金融等相关专业本科及以上学历。

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related fields.

• 具备专业会计认证(如CPA、ACCA或CIMA)者优先。

Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CIMA) is highly desirable.

2.     经验Experience: 具有3年以上财务工作经验,有全盘财务管理经验,有制造业财务管理经验者优先。

Minimum 3 years of financial work experience, with comprehensive financial management experience.

• 有加入初创公司的经验。

Preferably with experiences in newly setup companies.

4.     中文流利,具备良好的听说读写能力,能够与中国总部进行顺畅沟通。

Fluent in Mandarin with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to communicate effectively with the headquarters in China.
