Job Description

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, highlighting product features, comparisons, and upselling opportunities.
  • Stay updated on automotive trends, new inventory, features, accessories, and technologies.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives following dealership procedures.
  • Prepare sold vehicles for delivery, ensuring cleanliness, fuel, and functionality.
  • Assist with used vehicle inspections and loan/financing documentation.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, explain features and warranty coverage, and complete handover paperwork.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets; skilled in negotiation and closing.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
  • Able to drive manual/automatic vehicles.
  • Willing to travel for customer appointments.
  • Knowledgeable about car makes, models, and automotive systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Valid Class B2 and Class D driving licenses.
  • Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Fresh graduates with a passion for automotive sales are welcome.
  • Willing to be based at Banting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
